The Oven
Otherwise known as “The Centrepiece of The Grand”, our wood burning oven was carefully constructed and located in the front of the restaurant. At its most optimal temperature "The Oven" has the capability of cooking a pizza to perfection in under 60 seconds. The oven itself can reach 1400 degrees but true Napoletana Pizza is cooked between 800 and 900 degrees. Come in and see our Pizzaoli's put on a show!
